For purchases completed through Vimo official direct-purchase channels, Vimo provides a refund request window within 7 days after purchase. During that period, activation does not automatically remove refund eligibility.

This policy explains the after-sales refund principles for Vimo Rebinder direct purchases and third-party store purchases.
Duplicate purchases and technical issues
Duplicate purchases may generally receive a full refund. If a technical issue prevents normal use, we usually help troubleshoot first. If the issue cannot be reasonably resolved, a refund may be handled under the applicable rules.
Third-party stores
Purchases and refunds completed through Microsoft Store or Mac App Store follow the applicable store's own rules and process.
After refund
After a refund is completed, the authorization associated with that purchase may be terminated. This refund policy is Vimo's commercial after-sales policy and does not limit other consumer rights provided by applicable law.
