Local data
Shortcut configurations are primarily stored on your own device. Vimo does not currently provide shortcut-configuration cloud sync. You can manage local Vimo data on your device.
Licensing and device management
To provide licensing, device management, purchase restoration, and related services, Vimo may process necessary device and environment information.

- Processed device identifiers
Analytics and service location
Vimo may use analytics services such as Google Analytics Measurement Protocol and Baidu Analytics to understand basic product and website usage and improve the product experience. Relevant branches may use Google Analytics Measurement Protocol outside China and Baidu Analytics in China. Purchase, licensing, and device-management services are currently deployed in mainland China.
Crash reporting and retention
Vimo has not enabled an independent third-party crash-reporting service. Order, licensing, and device-management records are retained only as necessary for transaction completion, license management, purchase restoration, support, and applicable legal obligations. When the purpose is complete, the information is no longer necessary, and applicable law permits, we delete or anonymize it.
