Troubleshooting

  • Right-click the installer and select “Run as Administrator”
  • Check if your antivirus is blocking it
  • Ensure you have Windows 10 or later
  • Wait a few minutes for large installations
  • Restart and try again
  • Check disk space
  1. Check if Vimo is running: Look for the icon in system tray
  2. Restart Vimo: Right-click tray icon > Restart
  3. Check permissions: Ensure Vimo has keyboard hook permissions
  4. Check for conflicts: Disable other keyboard tools temporarily
  1. Open Settings > Shortcuts
  2. Find the conflicting shortcut
  3. Change the key combination
  4. Or adjust the priority
  1. Check Settings > Appearance
  2. Ensure floating window is enabled
  3. Try changing the position
  4. Restart Vimo
  1. Check Settings > Keys
  2. Verify Super Key setting
  3. Try changing to a different key
  4. Check if another app is using the same key
  1. Check Vimo is updated to latest version
  2. Reduce floating window opacity
  3. Disable animations
  1. Restart Vimo
  2. Check for conflicting keyboard hooks
  3. Update to latest version
  1. Check internet connection
  2. Disable antivirus temporarily
  3. Download manual installer from website
  1. Restart Vimo
  2. Check Settings > About
  3. Reinstall if needed
